DHL is offering a job opportunity as a HR Specialist - Talent, Engagement & Retention in New South Wales, Australia. The HR Specialist role will be based in Horsley Park, New South Wales. Reporting to the General Manager, Human Resources, In this role you need to be an excellent communicator, able to effectively work in a fast paced and dynamic environment where you will be required to liaise with and influence internal and external stakeholders.
Duties & responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the annual talent and performance review processes including:
- Ensuring setting of goals in relation to talent pipeline
- Reporting and insights
- System management of year end process including annual performance review cycles
- Prepare data for calibrations meetings with GMs/VPs
- Provide data and insights for high potential talent programs
- Practical application of operational leadership development toolkit
- Maintenance of talent lists and associated programs
- Implement leadership development programs
- Development of tools including 360s and Insights in line with leadership development strategy
Eligibility criteria
- A relevant qualification (Certificate or degree) in Human Resources or a relevant discipline
- Relevant experience with a focus on delivery of HR programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in a Supply Chain/Logistics environment is desirable
- Ability to think logically and quickly and solve problems in a creative way
- Effective decision-making skills
- The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities at the same time
