Internship Opportunity in ILS System in China from Walt Disney

Walt Disney is offering internship opportunity in ILS System.

• Process regular operations in ILS system, such as audit assignment, audit cancellation, etc.
• Recommend data elements to extract and ways in which to organize the data in order to provide audit firm performance monitoring supports.
• Analyze monitoring plan data, review learnings from current plan and recommend options for a new plan.
• Conduct research and analysis on internal and external data resources to develop a monitoring plan included but not limited to historical audit data and monitoring team capacity.
• Support ILS management and other team members in a variety of needs, such as refining training materials, data cleaning on Share Point.

• Fluent in Chinese, familiar with business English reading.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI, etc.
• Be proficient at excel (data sorting, formulas, query, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and follow-through.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
• Be a quick learner.
• Be undergraduate in year 3 or 4.
