You’ll be working hand in glove with your team to make sure that 434 rooms, a restaurant, a bar – and all the technical devices, equipment, and tiny gadgets running like clockwork. Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Making sure that all the equipment in the building functions all the time and, if it doesn’t, that it’s quickly put right.
- Maintain walls, ceilings, painted floor, woodwork, furniture of the hotel as per the standards at all times.
- Inspect public areas regularly and keep the surroundings presentable always.
- Fix decorative ceramic tiles, fixing road paving tiles, silicon.
- Keep the painting workshop clean, neat, and safe always in order to avoid fire-related incidents.
Eligibility criteria
You should be:
- Have Knowledge of various paints, oils, and polishes.
- Completed a course of technical training.
- Gained your first professional experience.
- Can work on your own initiative.
- Interested in the field of gas and water installations.
