You will be responsible for  (include, but are not limited to):

• Maintain harmonious industrial relations by encouraging employee participation through a regular consultative framework.
• Promote employee engagement and positive workforce culture through empathy, proactive communication, and a professional approach.
• Engagement with key internal stakeholders to ensure successful integration of Injury Management processes with business needs.
• Develop cost-effective outcome-focused strategies on all cases to ensure the best outcome for injured employees.
• Initiate early contact/communication with the injured employee to clarify the nature and severity of the injury and to compile initial notification information.
• Develop and maintain an atmosphere of trust and mutual support with employees.
• Ensure a strong working relationship with third parties is maintained to enable effective case management.
• Ensure DP World is compliant with statutory requirements relating to claims administration and the workers’ compensation Legislation.
• Create RTW plans for injured workers and ensure compliance with those plans.
• Liaise with the HR team and other Injury Management Team members to ensure that wider HR objectives and organizational goals are incorporated into the RTW approach.
