Duties & responsibilities
As a business analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Devising test strategies, advising and managing test automation, and reviewing test practices.
- Advising on improvements to the test process.
- Translate customers’ business needs into functional requirements that will enable digital transformation.
- Facilitator to ensure the business needs are met and are being consistently delivered throughout product lifecycles, thereby uniting people, processes, and tech.
- Facilitate continuous engagement with end users and client stakeholders to ensure requirements and deliverables remain relevant to changing needs.

Eligibility criteria

- Some knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Kanban, SAFe, XP, Scrum).
- Conduct in-depth analysis utilizing a range of techniques and processes to gather, define, and articulate requirements to support development and project delivery.

- Overall, you’re an ideas person and problem solver as well as a hands-on doer.
