Opportunity description
Dell offers an internship opportunity in Slovakia in the field of pricing. The Intern will be responsible for regular and ad hoc pricing reviews, audits, and investigations, analyze data quality and integrity, and prepare reports and summaries of findings. You will work with pricing managers globally to propose pricing actions based on latest market competitive data.
Duties & responsibilities
- Work with extended global services pricing team on short- and long-term projects, including competitive data automation, analysis, and pricing process standardization across regions.
- Complete projects and assignments of moderate scope and complexity under supervision.
- Perform pricing reviews with coordination from rest of team, and implement price actions into tools, utilizing audits to ensure completion and accuracy.
- Help prepare presentations and data analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Work with, manage, simplify data sets, help prepare recommendations, including actions related to performance of financial metrics.
Eligibility criteria
- University student (2nd-4th year) with a Marketing, Economic, Finance, Computer/Data science or Mathematics background.
- Fluent English language.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Work, PowerPoint, Excel)
Desirable Requirements:
- Interest in IT business in general
- SQL, MS Power BI or basic programming skills
