Dell Company is offering an Internship as Account Manager in Singapore. Join Dell account management team in Singapore as intern account manager to experience holistic account management practice and understand enterprise account sales process and engagement model.

Duties & responsibilities

  • This role has APJ responsibility.
  • Assist in campaign and program that rolled out to enhance customer experience and engagements and to have a balanced sales effort of product and services knowledge and selling skills
  • Partner experience account executives to grows the territory/account base to attain financial objectives
  • Understanding customers’ business and solutions requirements and Understand Territory/account management, including account planning and sales forecasting and process
  • To support some marketing / Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
  • Involvement in internal projects to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Dell seeks interns with a passion to:
  • Interact with customers and interested in providing solution to meet their business requirement
  • Learn from experienced Account Executives (Most of them with more than 15 years of experience) in account management. 
  • Understand what it is to be an enterprise account executive in the IT industry. 
  • Know what the behind-the-scenes processes are to support sales operations
  • Appreciate what are the motivation factors to be an account executive and to assess if this career path is suitable for you?
  • Understand how technology and customer’s operation and business objectives can come together to provide value.
  • Participate in activities other than core business activities to build a strong foundation to be the best place for employees to work in.
