Opportunity description

Deloitte offers an internship opportunity in the field of auditing, quality control, customer service and resource planning in Saudi Arabia.

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborate with managers and talent group leaders to address all business requirements and resolve potential conflicts, ensuring alignment with established business policies and frameworks.
  • Plan resources efficiently, taking into account budgets for engagement, mentoring, service excellence, and staff development.
  • Monitor and track resource usage on a regular basis.
  • Identify utilization gaps and provide necessary recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team to determine workforce requirements and staffing needs and address employee concerns.
  • Collaborate with the company's learning department to effectively implement learning requirements.
  • Create and analyze a variety of reports to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Preparing schedules and productivity reports and adhering to the schedule.
  • Communicate concerns regarding resource allocation to leadership in order to help them make the appropriate decision.
  • Perform other related tasks as necessary.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in management information systems, business administration, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • It is preferable to have knowledge of the Arabic language.
  • Pleasant, friendly and professional behavior.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to deal with different age groups.
  • Good negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • High organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Skills of working within a team.
