Internship at the Field of Talent Development in Denmark

Grundfos offers an internship opportunity at the field of Talent Development in Denmark. This is your chance to play an important role in attracting and securing the right talents to one of Denmark’s largest and most successful companies.

You will be responsible for:

• Help driving the planning of the Global Graduate Program intake 2023.
• Work across different online media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.
• Create content for digital communication, including (potential) employee stories and videos.
• Establish a dialogue with internal and external stakeholders enabling you to clarify the present and future need for different talent segments.
• Think creatively about new initiatives within talent development and get the chance to practice your project management and communication skills globally in the Grundfos Group.
• Internship will start in August 2022 and end in December 2022. You will be working for 37 hours per week at the headquarters in Bjerringbro, but the company is ready to schedule your working hours around exams and school work. Furthermore, there is a possibility of working from home on agreed days.

You must have:

• Studying a bachelor’s or master´s degree within Business, Communication, Marketing, Human Resources Management, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written – in English.
• Show initiative and work proactively and independently on new assignments, as this will help you make the most of your time with the company.
• It is an advantage if you have experience with (e.g. from a student job or volunteer work):
• Organizing and coordinating activities or events.
• Social media communication.
• Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and movie editing.
• Be an outgoing and know how to build trust and interact with both internal and external stakeholders. You are team-oriented, and you can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Finally, you possess a good business understanding and you thrive working in a busy work environment.
