Opportunity description
Allianz in Germany offers a 4–6-month full-time internship in project management support.
Duties & responsibilities
- Taking full and direct responsibility to support and manage all aspects of assigned project activities from initial stages through to completion.
- Support in setting up communications around the Program.
- Coordinate with audit requirements for the certification and support the collection process.
- Coordinate tasks and deliverables across the teams.
- Under the supervision of the Program Manager provide robust assistance to ensure activities run on time and budget.
- Under the supervision of the Program Manager manage key activities (timelines and deliverables) for both internal and external stakeholders.
Eligibility criteria
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, including excellent PowerPoint skills.
- Fluent German and English language skills required (verbal and written).
- Ability to work comfortably under pressure.
- Creative thinker able to generate solutions to challenges
- A strong team player who can demonstrate strong collaboration skills.
- You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week).
