Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Support on all new hire cast member’s on-boarding.
- On-boarding documents preparation.
- Personal file filing.
- Welcome gifts preparation.
- Support on HR project and event related.
- Raising PO and invoice checking & submission.
- Volunteer support on some events.
- Working permit/residence permit application for local hire foreigner.
- Basic admin support for the team.
Eligibility criteria
You must be:
- Self-disciplined.
- Organized and have strong following up skills.
- Quick learner.
Required qualifications:
- HR or related major degree.
- Good English skills.
