Duties & responsibilities
- Functioning as a strategic advisor on the account by building a powerful organizational memory of the clients as well as related insights.
- Playing a key operational role to drive best practices in the account’s management.
- Supporting the annual account planning process.
- Establishing a regular account rhythm, including touchpoints between the teams.
- Helping the firm to build a client repository and database.
- Building strategic relationships with key departments at the client, especially procurement.
- Manage internal stakeholders and build knowledge about the firm's offerings to generate potential business opportunities.
- Driving best practices in your accounts, and so will have to bring an inclusive mindset as well as the technical skills and dedication needed to succeed.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Highly motivated and a high-performing individual with the ability to be flexible and adaptive daily.
- 0-4 years in account management or BD role.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Previous experience in strategy consulting or management consulting, which is a plus.
- Strong capability in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills, as well as more generally, being proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, quality management, and project management skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and PowerBi, an advantage.
