Orange offers a jobopportunity in the field of Information Technology and Networks. It announces its need for a roaming service engineer in Amman.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and Handling new Roaming agreement testing for both inbound and outbound.
- Managing roaming partner IR21 technical document updates and ensuring the reflection of needed modifications in its network to avoid any service degradation.
- Manage the ITN team's request for testing needed for roaming cases.
- Perform the routine roaming health check for top destinations either weekly or monthly.
- Managing SIM card inventory in the IREG team custody.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
- Problem Solving, and communication skills.
- Computer skills, and time management skills.
- English language proficiency.
