Opportunity description

Aramex is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join the team and work in Tunis, Tunisia for 2021. 

Duties & responsibilities

  1. Analyze customer needs.
  2. Take charge of all issues related to the storage and delivery of goods.
  3. Be the interface between logistics partners, suppliers and customers.
  4. Manage the relationship and follow up with subcontractors.
  5. Ensure the smooth running of commercial operations.

Eligibility criteria

  1. Having a bac +3 or a BTS in negotiation and customer relations, BTS Transport and logistics services, BTS International trade are the most appreciated diplomas.
  2. Having experience as a customer service representative is a plus.
