Job in Germany as a Manager for Global Sales Enablement

Delivery Hero is looking for a Manager, Global Sales Enablement to join its Ad Tech team at Germany.

You will be responsible for:

• Develop intuitive content assets that enable the sales teams to deliver great buyer experiences and close more deals.
• Share best sales practices and AdTech industry knowledge among 20+ local sales teams to drive growth and adoption of the advertising products in each market. 
• Collaborate with local product, sales and account management teams to ensure smooth roll out of new and existing advertising solutions.
• Collaborate with local product, sales and account management teams to define the product positioning and go-to-market strategy for the advertising product portfolio in each market.
• Work closely with product teams to identify local market needs and generate relevant localized solutions for the relevant advertisers, making sure the products product-market fit.
• Implement Ad Tech related training and partner closely with the local markets to serve as a thought product go-to-market leader, while making sure the creation of high-quality educational/marketing content for the advertisers in each market.

You must have:

• 5+ years experience working within media and ad tech space in a marketing/product marketing/sales capacity.
• Bachelor or Masters Degree or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of media sales and advertising operations processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop market insights, define go-to-market strategy and analyze campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across geographies.
