Duties & responsibilities
- You will play a strategic role in the success of global brands.
- Develop strategies, implement them across the organisation and create the environment and systems necessary for success.
- Developing people, further strengthening partnerships with operations, awakening and nurturing your own leadership potential
- And continuing to strengthen and develop the competitiveness of agile organisation.
Eligibility criteria
- Top talent with a Master's or Bachelor's degree
- Ideally with experience in a specific HR area (e.g. design thinking, organisational development, recruiting, employment law) through an internship or previous employment
- Passionate about HR and organisational challenges, as well as analysing these to develop creative solutions
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different communication styles according to the situation and the person facing you
- Autonomous working, leadership and prioritisation skills while demonstrating flexibility and agility in your day-to-day work
- Strong English and German language skills (min. C1// native or bilingual level)
