Job in Germany: Product Analyst at Delivery Hero

Delivery Hero offers a job opportunity for the product analyst position to join its global discovery tribe. You will help product teams draw insight into how the search features perform across 7 brands in 40+ countries to make this as delightful, personalized, and seamless an experience as possible. As a Delivery Hero product analyst, you’ll work with people from every corner of the globe. You are mainly mandated to reliably and effectively track user behavior at scale, enable a data-informed decision-making culture (self-serve analytics, metrics & measurement strategy, controlled experimentation), and drive generative research that informs & prioritizes the product feature backlog. 

You will be responsible for:

• Drive a deeper understanding of search experience by drawing insight from a combination of behavioral, transactional, and technical data.
• Identify opportunities for feature improvements.
• Work closely with analysts and data engineering to determine what is and isn't possible, tightly define requirements, and manage feature delivery.
• Regularly provide updates to stakeholders on outstanding requests.
• Engage with key stakeholders to understand requirements & priorities and help to translate this into actionable insights, and communicate effective outcomes.
• Educate stakeholders and contribute to data-based decision-making.

You must have:

• 3+ years experience in the analytics space in rapidly growing and dynamic environments.
• Experience working on the search experience in consumer-facing platforms.
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Love for engaging people for making positive change.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager - mastery in other tracking technologies can be used as an alternative (e.g. Adobe, Webtrekk, MixPanel, SnowPlow, Piwik, Tealium, Segment, etc.).
• Experience with BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform. 
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
