DOROOB HR Consulting & Recruitment offers a full-time job opportunity in Jordan as a production supervisor - Furniture / Wood.

You will be responsible for:

• Communicate with department managers to determine the required work strategy and objectives.
• Estimating costs and preparing budgets for the production process.
• Organizing workflow to meet required specifications and supervising the setting of delivery deadlines.
• Monitor production and solve problems related to the production process.
• Supervising the performance of production and quality staff and all workers in the production department.
• Determine the necessary resources such as the size of labor, raw materials, and all requirements of the production process.
• Supervising maintenance work and purchasing equipment required to operate the department.
• Monitor and ensure the output of products that meet quality standards.
• Supervising the implementation of occupational health and safety precautions.
