Job in Qatar: Corporate Services Coordinator at Qatar Airways

Qatar Airways is pleased to announce its need for the position of corporate services coordinator in Qatar. By joining this job, you will provide coordination support for the smooth functioning of the divisions’ operations. Represents the department through the management of correspondence, telephone and personal contacts. As well as, undertakes projects as directed by the corporate services management in order to support Departmental/Corporate initiatives.

You will be responsible for:

• Checks the physical conditions of the residential accommodation facilities, raises tickets for any issues identified and follows up with QRFM for closing of the tickets.
• Make sure that accommodation facilities are in good condition and maintained properly.
• Ensure compliance and conduct spot audit checks and raise queries to concerned stake holders.
• Carry out regular building inspections of vacant premises in coordination with maintenance team.
• Complete / follow up tasks related to acceptance of new properties by QR or handover of terminated properties to the owner to make sure the acceptance/handover conditions are met.
• Compile on a continuous basis the inventory of occupied and non-occupied apartments.
• Reporting safety, security, hygiene or any other issues related to Company property to the Maintenance Manager.
• Perform other department duties related to your position as directed by the Head of the Department.

You must have:

• Without a Degree: High School Qualification/ Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on role with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
• OR with a Degree: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience.
• Excellent command of English language written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a cross culture environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and self-discipline.
• Should be motivated, responsible and focused.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Valid Qatari or a transferable driving license.
• Excellent computer skills.
