Qatar Airways offers a full-time job opportunity for the position of HR change and communication manager. It seeks to hire for your skills to focus on the people side of change and deliver impactful change solutions across HR Division and the Qatar Airways Group. Work with HR Project Management Office and HR Management to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization, and proficiency with systems, processes, and technology changes that impact employees. Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Work with the HR project management office to identify scope, plan interventions, and deploy, monitor, and control the change management plan deliverables.
- Apply change management principles, processes, and tools to develop and implement Change Management strategies and programs for large projects.
- Develop human-centered strategies for change that are agile, and ready for the digital world.
- Conduct Stakeholders interviews, analyze the results and define the action plan.
- Adopt and Implement a wide variety of offline, high-touch and digital communication activities and tactics, such as town halls, leadership meetings, presentations, talking points, leadership messages, video content, web content, announcements, etc.
- Work with business and project teams to identify training strategy, courses, training efforts, and training schedules and set up the coordination between business, IT, and vendor teams.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- A minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of job-related experience.
- Experience in project management and people management.
- Change Communications experience, ideally in organizational, tech and/or process change.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Clarizen).
- Strong understanding and application of change management and project management principles.
- Demonstrable experience with cross-functional business improvement initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to plan and lead change.
