Job in Qatar: Human Resources Officer at Qatar Airways Group

Qatar Airways Group has announced its need to the position of human resources officer in Qatar. This is a full-time job opportunity, and you will mainly responsible for general HR administrative support for line managers and employees. This is a unique chance to start your career journey.

As Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Assign, monitor and oversee the performance of assigned tasks keeping staff informed of changes in their terms and conditions of employment.
• Coaches, guides and support line managers on all HR related matters.
• HRMS Responsibilities: Ensure HRMS entries related to changes in Salaries, Re-designations Leave, Separations etc. are uploaded in the Oracle Database.
• Advises on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
• Prepares HR documentation required for Head office HR department - SMA etc.
• Develops job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.

You should have:

• Relevant College or Bachelor's degree with Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
• Proven ability to work under pressure to defined time scales and budget.
•  Proven experience in demonstrating flexibility to meet the changing demands of the business.
• Strong interaction with client area with proven influencing experience.
• Previous work experience in Airline/Customer Service Industry.
