Job in Qatar at Charterhouse: Operations Associate

Charterhouse offers a job opportunity for the position of operations associate in the field of Sales & Marketing. It is currently working with an international private investment and strategic consulting firm who are currently looking for a driven and self-motivated operations associate to join its team and assist with the operational requirements of the organization.

You will be responsible for:

• Successfully managing the organisations CRM platforms, ensuring all entries are correctly structured and sorted.
• Providing insightful support to the team on how to use the platform to maximize efficiency.
• Providing exceptional support in terms of scheduling and organizing the required background information both pre and post-client meetings.
• Engaging in ongoing research regarding current or potential clients. 
• Supporting the senior management on all compliance matters and assisting the team with any business-related events.

You should be:

• Self-motivated individual and capable of working under your own initiative.
• Have demonstrable experience in providing outstanding administration support in an investment or consulting firm.
• Strong knowledge of Office Management Systems and CRM platforms, including Airtable.
• Have educated to degree-level.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
