Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Achieve and exceed the allocated sales target for new units, accessories, and insurance policies.
- Deliver the highest levels of customer service, thereby creating customer loyalty and repeat sales.
- You are also expected to constantly improve and update your knowledge on product range, features and benefits, general automotive industry and technical developments, market trends, competitor analysis, and customer handling skills.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- A basic qualification and a proven sales background preferably in the automotive sales environment.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, this includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively, and work at flexible hours.
- Some definite advantages:
- An understanding of IT systems such as Fastrack.
- A valid UAE driving license and Arabic speaker.
