Job in Saudi Arabia: Network and Communication Technician I at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre(KSFH&RC)

King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre(KSFH&RC) has announced its need for a Network & Communications Technician I to join the Network And Communications Support Section. Through this job, you will assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing networks, minimize the timespans of service interruptions, increases KSFH&RC productivity, and creates a more satisfied user community in the long run.

Your Responsibilities and Duties will be:

• Assists in installing, repairing, and maintaining networks, mobile devices, telephones, Nurse Call System end points.
• Uses schematic drawings, verbal instructions, or manufacturer's instructions and manuals to diagnose problems with equipment and make repairs.
• Provides desktop implementation, schedule coordination, move, add, change and disposal services when requested.
• Apply patches to configuration items as deemed necessary by the different infrastructure teams and the Information Security and Disaster Recovery Department.
• Provides onsite technical support during corporate events.
• Administers and implement standard and minor changes as indicated in the change classification matrix.
• Follows prescribed system safety and security procedures of computing environment.
• Participates in self & others' education, training and development, as applicable.
• Follows all hospital related policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

You must have:

• Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline, or High School Education.
• One (1) year of related experience with Diploma.
• Or three (3) years of related experience with High School Education.
