Expo Dubai offers job opportunity as a Deputy Manager Site Control.
Duties & responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of Site Control coordinators who will be located at one of the three cluster desks within the MOC
- Utilise through Siemens Control Pro including the integrated Video Management System Coordinator Site Control monitors the EXPO area including the inner and outer perimeter for occurrences and alerts that may have an impact on the event or need attention
- Ensure that the Security Coordinators on the assigned cluster desk in Site Control receive incident reports from various sources for information and/or action.
- Ensure that the Site Control Coordinators at the assigned cluster desk within Site Control monitor a number of WebEx spaces, mail accounts and radio channels and keeps records as appropriate and respond accordingly
- Ensure that as required Site Control Coordinators also update other systems such as workforce management system etc. and will perform any other task as assigned by security management
Eligibility criteria
- 4+ experience in Military, Police or Security background
- A bachelor’s degree within a relevant field
- Strong Presentation and Communication Skills
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Demonstrated experience in delivering on plans
- Demonstrated experience in Incident Management and Conflict Resolution.
