Job in UAE: HR Business Partner at Charterhouse

Charterhouse announces a full-time job opportunity for the position of Human Resources Business Partner. Charterhouse is working with a multinational Qatari conglomerate that offers a job opportunity to an outstanding person, who possesses the necessary skills to work closely with senior line management on all human capital management matters.

You will be accountable for:

• All aspects of HR delivery, including:
• employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance management.
• policy interpretation, policy application, performance evaluation, and talent management. 
• Work closely with business units to create HR plans for business units which will contribute to the overall organizational HR strategy.

You must have:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree with at least 5 year’s HR experience. 
• Fluent in English.
• Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in the MS Office suite is essential.
• A commercial understanding of business strategy, priorities, and operating models to deliver optimum business performance. 
• In-depth knowledge of Qatar Labor Law in order to maintain standards and reduce risks related to the daily management of employees.
