Charterhouse is working with a multinational Qatari conglomerate that offers a job opportunity to an outstanding person, who possesses the necessary skills to work closely with senior line management on all human capital management matters.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be accountable for:
- All aspects of HR delivery, including:
- employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance management.
- policy interpretation, policy application, performance evaluation, and talent management.
- Work closely with business units to create HR plans for business units which will contribute to the overall organizational HR strategy.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree with at least 5 year’s HR experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in the MS Office suite is essential.
- A commercial understanding of business strategy, priorities, and operating models to deliver optimum business performance.
- In-depth knowledge of Qatar Labor Law in order to maintain standards and reduce risks related to the daily management of employees.
