Al-Futtaim Group offers a job opportunity as a Lead Technician at Al-Futtaim Automotive in the UAE. It is currently looking for an experienced Lead Technician to join Al Futtaim After sales Team in Al Ain. As a Technician your prominent role is to effectively conduct first-time express and scheduled maintenance based on repair order instructions for all makes and all model vehicles, thereby providing complete customer satisfaction with due regard to relevant quality and safety standards.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Complete all scheduled and periodic maintenance within the manufacturer's protocols.
- Carry out basic diagnosis, checks, and inspection of all makes and all models of passenger cars.
- All scheduled and periodic maintenance work is to be completed within the final quoted price.
- Plan and carries out the necessary work within the workshop using standard tools and instruments and with perceived allotted time frames.
- Make cost-effective use of materials and available timeframe in order to maintain the highest productivity levels that are aligned with operational KPI’s.
- Jobs to be completed within the final quoted price.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- A Diploma or Degree in Technical school or Diploma in Automobile Mechanic.
- 2 years experience in reputable Tyre Workshop or Automotive Dealerships as a Tyre Mechanic or Auto Mechanic.
- Ability to perform tire and battery services, alignments, minor repairs, and diagnosis on mechanical repairs.
- Able to read, understand, speak and write English well.
