Expo Dubai offers job opportunity as a Manager Commissioner General Office Affairs (UAE Nationals).

• Support the management of the day-to-day operations of Commissioner General Office volunteers
• Manage Commissioner General Office participation in assigned special and notable days
• Support Commissioner General Office activities on thematic weeks and intl. days
• Support and coordinate the execution and preparation for Commissioner General and Commissioner General Office engagements
•  Manage the planning and execution phases of designated National and Honor days (over 20+ countries)
•  Serve as a National Day Executive and coordinate with internal and external stake holders to ensure that the designated countries’ National days are planned for and executed according to plan;
• Attend regular preparatory meeting minutes, follow up on action points, and update core teams as necessary
• Draft documents and briefs for designated countries
• Draft and review National Day welcome speeches for ED and Commissioner General

• 6+ years of relevant experience
• A bachelor’s Degree within a relevant field;
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in Business English;
• Strong presentation skills;
• Strong analytical ability;
• Strong interpersonal skills and exposure to working in multi-cultural environments and international settings.
