Al-Futtaim Group offers a job opportunity for the position; Network Performance Manager at Al Futtaim Automotive in the UAE. This role requires you to work mainly for driving profitability in the Automotive network through the provision of timely, accurate management and performance information; insights and recommendations for business improvement; and operational meetings with brand teams and wider stakeholders. You will have the chance to share the Al-Futtaim group to enrich the lives and aspirations of its customers each and every day.
Duties & responsibilities
Your responsibilities will be:
- UAE Performance Reporting:
- Fully automate existing reporting by brand and location; extend to cover additional relevant financial and operational KPIs, and business units.
- Design and implement a balanced scorecard to assess the performance of locations across the Automotive division.
- International Performance Reporting:
- Collaborate with international colleagues to produce timely, consistent performance reporting.
- Analysis and Feedback:
- Analyze key performance data to identify trends by the brand.
- Resolve data inaccuracies.
- Collaboration and Development:
- Chair “Knowledge Sharing Workshops” (KSWs) across all brands to instill best practices and efficiencies.
- Support the organization to develop a culture of focus on actions relating to improvement in network profitability.
- Profit Improvement:
- Work with management teams at selected locations to identify opportunities for operational changes that will drive financial improvement.
- Review, adjust and update action plans as necessary.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelor’s degree or other advanced analytical or finance degree is preferred.
- Minimum 5-year work experience in automotive.
- Operational understanding of automotive dealership processes.
- Project/ people management.
- Supplier/ customer management.
- Additional professional qualifications will be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and negotiate outcomes.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Time management and prioritization to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Build positive working relationships and collaborate with colleagues across the automotive value chain.
- Cultural awareness.
