Job in UAE: Team Coordinator (UAE Nationals) at Expo Dubai 2020

Expo Dubai offers job opportunity as a Team Coordinator (UAE Nationals).

• Receive all administration requests and action accordingly in line with Expo 2020 standards
• Work closely with the Senior EA and provide support for all meetings’ logistics and preparation requirements, follow-up and record keeping
• Coordinate meeting room requests and greet visitors ensuring that Expo 2020 meet and greet standards are maintained
• Prepare, as requested, supporting documentation prior to each meeting; and arrange necessary accreditation and access to the site as required
• Act as the Department Champion in SAP: Requisitioner, Goods Receiver, Service Entry Processor
• Coordinate invoice settlement which includes aligning the end user, finance, contracts team and procurement
• Record meeting minutes and follow up on action plans as needed
• Maintain updated contact details and keeps impeccable archive of all relevant documentation while ensuring confidentiality at all times
• Coordination of paperwork approvals and liaising with other concerned departments to complete the task

•  2+ years of relevant experience administrative experience
• A bachelor’s Degree within a relevant field;
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and SAP;
• Experience in Programme and/or Operations Management;
• Flexible attitude and being able to adapt to rapid change;
• Excellent organisational and communication skills;
• Strong presentation skills;
• Ability to work closely and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders;
• Basic project management skills of budget, timeline and resources;
• Organisational, time-management, computer and administrative skills;
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
