The company is looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to develop and customize applications and services on the ServiceNow platform. The developer will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. This role requires strong knowledge of ServiceNow tools and advanced development skills in a fast-paced technical environment.

Duties & responsibilities
Develop custom applications and components on the ServiceNow platform
Configure out-of-the-box applications such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC based on business needs
Implement and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, scripts, and system integrations
Collaborate with teams to analyze requirements and deliver effective solutions
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs or MID Server
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and organizational policies
Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and support incident response
Participate in code reviews, testing, and platform upgrades
Stay updated with new ServiceNow features and leverage them effectively
Eligibility criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Preferred: Certified Application Developer or other ServiceNow certifications
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, or Virtual Agent
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of the ITIL framework and best practices
Technical Skills
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP web services
Experience working with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data architecture, ACLs, and platform structure
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
