Job Opportuinty in Qatar as a Visual Merchandising Specialist at Qatar Airways

Qatar Airways offers a job opportunity in Qatar as a Visual Merchandising Specialist. You will be responsible for developing and implementing creative visual concepts based on the visual merchandising strategy for all QDF stores in order to attract customer attention and increase sales revenue.

You will be responsible for:

• Implement seasonal changes based on brand guidelines to showcase new arrivals and the latest trends, which include mannequin dressing, background implementation, and window/in-store artwork changes.
• Following the implementation, compile reports and submit them to QDF Management and to the Brands.
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly promotional signages for the core and fashion shops across QDF.
• Work closely with the buying and marketing team to submit the monthly promotional lists to ensure timely implementation of monthly collaterals. 
• Update all travel allowance signages and update marketing collateral to ensure passengers travel with the correct allowances/products to their final destinations. 
• Request and maintain all marketing collateral/communication throughout the airport by liaising with the Creative Coordinators and external suppliers to maintain high standards of collateral. 
• Visit all landside shops regularly to ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times.
• Submit store/product/implementation photographs to QDF Management, Brands, buyers, etc. as required.
• Lead and motivate the team to complete displays on tight deadlines, and set yearly objectives and development reviews for the team.
• Seek feedback from store managers, colleagues, sales assistants, and customers on the visual impact of displays and recommend necessary changes. 
• Perform other department duties related to your position as directed by the Head of the Department.

You must have:

• High School Qualification/Vocational Qualification/Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience.

With a Degree: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
