AlTayer Group offers a job opportunity as a consultant to clients in the United Arab Emirates.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Obtain new clients and build long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Provide appropriate suggestions to customers based on trend and/or occasion.
- Providing a personalized approach according to clients' requirements (fit, coverage, body type, color, etc.).
- Collaborate with various stakeholders (VM, Marketing, Online, Buyers) for optimal customer experience.
- Increase key metrics, including: lead generation ratio, contact volume, email open rate/email conversion rate, and number of appointments/appointment conversion rate.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Passion for dealing with clients and the ability to set priorities and organize own work in order to make the most of the available time.
- The drive to exceed your goals and the desire to improve ways of working.
- Interest in luxury fashion.
- Bachelor's degree in any related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience including appointment setting and proficiency in communicating via email and other messaging applications.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Genuine interest and knowledge in the field of luxury fashion.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve key performance indicators.
- Personal leadership skills and interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Decision making skills.
