Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Understand customer strategies and formulate data strategy to align with business value.
- Evaluate customer data and analytics practices and compare them to best practices.
- Define customer goals and map out the road to reach those goals.
- Understand clients' businesses, follow industry trends, and learn industry-leading practices.
- Understand and combine customer data needs and business goals to develop customized and impactful data strategies.
- Collect and interpret financial information to help strengthen proposed recommendations.
- Express ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in the team and clients.
- Understand current technologies and industry trends, integrate them into data strategies and provide advice on integrating new technologies to achieve optimal results from them.
- Interact effectively with colleagues and customers from different backgrounds to serve customers effectively.
- Identify, source, cleanse, structure and store data needs to create the foundation for sustainable business integration management.
- Act as a brand ambassador to help attract the best talent to the brand.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in data strategies and analytics.
- It is preferable to have 2 to 3 years of experience in the consulting field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Industrial Engineering.
- It is preferable to have a master's degree in business administration or any related field.
- Strong understanding of software development and database design.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities according to the specified deadline and flexible working hours
- Preparations to travel.
- Proficiency in writing and speaking skills in English.
- Ability to operate and understand project and program management disciplines including preparing project plans.
- Strong administrative and numeracy skills and the ability to analyze complex data with good attention to detail.
