Job Opportunity as a Content Writer and Editor at FOR9A in Jordan

Forsa.com is offering a job opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Content Writer and Editor to join the team in Amman, Jordan. 

1. Research for opportunities and/or review Opportunities added to for9a database by the freelance researcher.
2. Update freelancers' sheets with new opportunities each week to be written.
3. Review opportunities (including jobs, internships, and courses) written by freelancers and ensure they conform to for9a quality standards.
4. Follow up with 5 freelancers to ensure they meet their deadlines and submit their tasks on the highest level.
5. Review Freelancers' payment sheets and approve them.
6. Update the opportunity content strategy created by the content manager and execute it.
7. Work with the BD team to write content for new clients which includes (listing opportunities, writing newsletters, adding banners, fixing URLs...etc)
8. Work with the creative team and digital marketing department to write, translate and review the content of social media posts that comes in different formats (images, videos, written posts...etc).
9. Ensure the use of the right SEO strategies and practices to write new content or improve the existing one.
10. Complete any other tasks assigned by the content team lead.

1. Applicant should be a resident of Jordan.
2. Bachelor's degree in journalism, translation, foreign languages, or any other related major.
3. Strong research skills.
4. Strong writing skills in Arabic and English.
5. Strong translation skills from English to Arabic and vice versa.
6. Proven experience in writing, editing, proofreading, and content creation online. (prior knowledge of SEO tools is a plus).
7. Ability to use the G-suite which includes: Google docs, sheets, slides…etc.
8. Independence and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
9. Accuracy in performing tasks and attention to detail skills.
10. Strong time management skills.
11. The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
