Aramex is offering a job opportunity in Amman, Jordan, as it is looking for a Corporate Operations Executive.
Duties & responsibilities
- Ideate, plan, initiate and manage cross functional system solution projects to improve data capturing quality and improve overall shipment transit time.
- Gathering business requirements from various stakeholders, conduct gap analysis against current system capability, ideate solutions to be reflected on aramex system and other digital tools.
- Write a detailed comprehensive and justified Business Requirement Document and work with digital transformation team on signing off the requirements and proceed to development part.
- Prioritize all projects and BCR logged within digital transformation roadmap based on business needs followed by close follow ups with the concerned teams to ensure meeting deadlines.
- Design test scenarios to ensure business requirements are met before deploying to Live environment.
- Activating new business lanes, onboard new network partners, conduct system training, set up a well-established integration and design an SOP to control the overall shipment life cycle.
- Design process flow to manage and control the internal and external flow of processes, information, data, and systems using Business Process Model techniques.
- Analyze end to end shipment journey and identify ways to optimize cost per shipment while maintaining and improving service level.
- Support Aramex network within their day-to-day operational inquiries and provide them with guidance and proper training.
Eligibility criteria
- A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering with 0-2 years of experience in Business Development, Business Analysis, or Operations field.

- Work under pressure while maintaining acceptable level of work accuracy

- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of how to use Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
- Preferable to have knowledge in Excel Macros
- Preferable to have knowledge of working with Microsoft Access
