Opportunity description

The International Rescue Committee offers a job opportunity as a coordinator responsible for CRRD ERP programs and accreditation in Jordan. You must be a quick learner, have excellent communication skills and be comfortable speaking in front of large groups, either in person or online. You must be able to identify potential risks and escalate them to those responsible for resolving them, and be comfortable traveling frequently.

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Respond to major ERP technical or business process issues facing the IRC program office.
  • Communicate with users about issues that the application support team was unable to resolve.
  • Providing direct support to different offices, and coordinating efforts for larger ERP and different functional teams, to continue building expertise.
  • Providing comprehensive job training for the region.
  • Support the ERP team in communication processes across the region.
  • Proactively review D365 reports to identify issues with workflow and other core functionality.
  • Track and analyze success metrics and provide regular updates on their status and progress.
  • Continuously improve operations so that they are tailored to suit the needs of the region and the offices within it.
  • Support special projects.
  • Support functional, technical and change management related to projects being implemented in the region.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

  • Practical experience ranging from 3 to 6 years outside the scope of formal education.
  • Good experience in NGO financing and/or operations.
  • Preferably have experience with MicrosoftDyamaics365 ERP.
  • Experience providing support for technical systems with ability to understand business needs/requirements.
  • Skilled in facilitating cross-functional projects in an effective manner.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills in English and any relevant local languages.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced working skills on MS Excel.
  • Excellent writing, presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple project timelines.
  • Willingness to travel to International Rescue Committee offices within the work area.
  • Some travel may be required in this position.
