Opportunity description

Aramex announces a job opportunity as a customer service supervisor in Algeria.

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to retain customers.
  • Manage daily complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries on time.
  • Manage the IRT (Immediate Response Team) station and achieve the required service level.
  • Report any information that may affect the company's image and brand.
  • Follow up and enhance the overall performance of CS team members.
  • Helping teams deal with complex cases.
  • Facilitating the flow of information horizontally and vertically.
  • Proper implementation of Aramex procedures, policies, new services, products and systems.
  • Work with the operations team to ensure the smooth flow of deliveries.
  • Ensure that the CS team is working against its defined KPIs.
  • Adherence to company policies related to health, safety, environment, compliance and sustainability.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field (sales, customer service, communications, etc.).
  • Experience ranging from 3 to 5 years in any related field.
  • Ability to work on Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic, English, French.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Multitasking skills and working under pressure.
