Unifonic is announcing a job opportunity for a Customer Success Manager in Saudi Arabia. The Unifonic Customer Success team is committed to ensuring customers receive the best possible experience. As the primary point of contact for customers, they play a critical role in building long-term relationships. The team works closely with customers to understand their needs and help them take full advantage of services to achieve their business goals. Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Building trusted advisory relationships with high-net-worth customers at the C-suite and executive levels.
  • Guiding customers and Unifonic account teams (sales, partners, and solution consultants) in developing customer success plans, including quarterly performance reports, executive business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and customer churn mitigation strategies.
  • Acting as an expert advisor by maintaining in-depth knowledge of Unifonic products and solutions to help customers adopt features that best fit their needs.
  • Engaging customers to drive early and sustained adoption of Unifonic solutions and ensure their long-term success.
  • Developing and implementing adoption strategies for high-net-worth accounts, focusing on AI products, change management, and package delivery.
  • Minimizing customer churn and revenue contraction by proactively identifying risks, escalating issues, and implementing customer churn mitigation strategies with the account team.
  • Identifying and anticipating growth opportunities for Unifonic's AI products within your customer portfolio.


Eligibility criteria

You must have:

  • At least five years of customer-facing experience, such as customer success, account management, and strategic consulting.
  • Preferably with SaaS or consumer-based technology companies.
  • A strong understanding of SaaS business models and the ability to support enterprise customers with complex challenges in delivering measurable value.
  • Proven ability to build trust with customer stakeholders and deliver tangible results.
  • Experience leveraging success plans to align business objectives and define success metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivation, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong team spirit.
  • A proven track record of building lasting relationships with customers and internal teams.
