Aramex offers a job opportunity in the United Arab Emirates as a specialist in customer business success.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Be a focal point for customer requests for express and e-commerce.
- Assist customers in the status of their shipments, track them or pending shipments.
- Manage the end to end shipping life cycle with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively notify the customer of shipment status and existing exceptions.
- Dealing with various customer inquiries.
- All agreed KPI's and SLAs with assigned clients.
- Taking and recording all customer complaints.
- Resolving customer complaints by resolving them directly or assigning them to the function that can solve them.
- Ensure smooth transactional communication with pricing and billing teams.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in express or e-commerce.
- From 2 to 5 years of customer service experience preferably with key business clients.
- Good product knowledge.
- Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- The ability to handle a difficult situation in a controlled manner.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
