You will be responsible for providing answers to customer inquiries through the website and live chats related to Tamara services. You will also manage interactions with customers on a daily basis and provide the right information and solutions to help improve the customer experience.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Respond to emails and live chats in an efficient manner.
- Identify customer questions, interests, and general needs.
- Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer inquiries.
- Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving problems.
- Provide a detailed explanation of the services.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Work experience ranging from one to two years in a similar field.
- Ability to remain calm when clients feel stressed or upset.
- Ability to use computers, Microsoft and GSuite software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- B1 level in Arabic and English.
