Aramex offers a job opportunity as a digital customer experience manager for the company in Jordan.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Digital customer experience design.
- Create a digital governance framework that includes company policies and standards.
- Improve digital analytics, measure and monitor website effectiveness.
- Lead website/app improvement program based on performance analyses, AB testing and industry standards.
- Introducing new digital products and making necessary improvements to existing ones to improve the online customer journey.
- Analysis of the traffic rate of the website/application.
- Evaluate website/app traffic metrics, including number of visitors, visitor demographics, session length, conversion rate, cost of new customer acquisition, and more.
- Improving and managing the user experience and usability of websites and other digital channels.
- Lead a range of sessions and workshops aimed at identifying pain points in the user journey.
- Work closely with the digital marketing and customer experience teams to ensure their actions are aligned with the company's key messages, goals and overall customer experience.
- Coordinate with various committees and stakeholders to ensure alignment across all their functions, ensuring a seamless customer experience across digital touchpoints.
- Manage the customer lifecycle and their digital experience.
- Monitor customer interactions to obtain various insights and data.
- Assist in the organization's digital transformation efforts.
- Contribute significantly to the development and design of the customer experience strategy.
- Stay on top of best practices and trends in digital channels for sales and customer feedback, including social media, chatbots, e-commerce, websites, apps, and more.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- 8+ years of experience in digital/customer experience and technical product management.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Preferably a master's degree.
- Proven experience in digital product and customer experience management.
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with others.
- Experience in project management.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools.
- Preferably have knowledge of data analytics and search engine optimization.
- It is preferable to have a degree in product management.
