AdColony is offering a job opportunity as a Digital Sales Specialist to join the team in Istanbul, Turkey.

1.  Extend and maintain these business relationships to all levels from executive to junior marketing professionals.
2. To have a portfolio about the media sector and to maintain its relations under the company.
3. Negotiate and sell advertising across the AdColony and brands and agencies.
4. Own and exceed annual sales targets within assigned accounts.
5. Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
6. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
7. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
8. Spotting market opportunities for new customers.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2. Experience in digital advertisement sales.
3. Good experience in a small team and exceeding targets.
4. Ability to travel.
5. Good with setting personal goals and achieving them.
6. Competitive, entrepreneurial, ambitious and positive.
7. Great networker and well known in the industry.
8. A fluent English speaker who communicates to a high professional standard — must also be a good listener.
9. Trainable, organized, and able to generate great leads.
