Job Opportunity as a Documentation Coordinator at ABB in Sweden

ABB offers a full-time job opportunity as a Documentation Coordinator to join the team in Sweden for 2021. Having a good structure in the documentation to make it available for project members, site and customers is essential for the delivery of a successful project. In the role of a documentation coordinator, you are a key person to make this happen. You will work close to the project manager, drive the creation of the documentation according to the schedule in the projects and support the organization in the document handling system. You will also continuously develop the process of documentation. This role will be reporting to R&D Team Manager.

1. Support the Engineering organization with coordination of the documentation delivered in the different projects.
2. Be part of the implementation of a new document handling system by becoming the superuser of this system.
3. Continuously develop the process of documentation.

1. A suitable bachelor education or experience within the field.
2. System knowledge, database handling.
3. Social skills and great drive.
4. It is beneficial if you have experience from project business and documentation.
5. Microsoft office, and specially SharePoint since the documentation system is based on SharePoint.
