Opportunity description
The Park Hyatt Hotel offers a job opportunity as a Doorman in the United Arab Emirates where you will be responsible for providing professional service to customers, in order to ensure that their every visit becomes an unforgettable one.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Consistently providing professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Ensure guests are greeted appropriately upon their arrival.
- Opening car doors for arriving and departing guests and escorting them to the lobby.
- Escalate all guest complaints and problems to the manager.
- Possess a complete understanding of the hotel's policies, procedures and service standards.
- Possessing complete knowledge of the hotel’s facilities, and various events at all times.
- Establish, promote and maintain good public relations while meeting and exceeding guests' expectations.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Be a resident of the United Arab Emirates.
- It is preferable to have previous experience in a similar position.
- Ability to work well with others in a guest and team focused environment.
- Proficient in writing and speaking skills in English, preferably familiar with another language as well.
- Ability to stand on your feet for several hours.
