Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Daily business planning.
- Coordinate drivers' workloads according to effort management systems and processes while getting the most out of the vehicle.
- Contacting suppliers and customers.
- Safe delivery of goods within specified time frames.
- Managing procedures associated with locking and inspecting vehicles.
- Adhere to strict security requirements.
- Computer recording of deliveries.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Safety leadership skills and ensuring operational compliance with national safety standards, road transport legislation and dangerous goods regulations.
- 2 years experience in multiple deliveries.
- Sound knowledge of outer metro Queensland metro and regional areas.
- Proven understanding of effort management, team management, quality assurance and chain of responsibility.
- Experience and knowledge of 3PL operations.
- Excellent communication skills.
