Job Opportunity as a Hair Stylist for Female Only Salon in the UAE at Altayer Group

You will be responsible for:

• Identify customer needs and recommend a combination of appropriate methods/services/products.
• Consult and provide input at every stage of the work, i.e. advising on color, style, hair type, treatments, etc.
• Cutting, trimming and styling clients' hair.
• Providing hair coloring services ranging from basic colors to various artistic colors.
• Establish relationships with key clients and record what was used on them, such as hair color or style.
• Stay up to date with the latest styles/trends.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of products used or for sale in the salon.
• Maintain personal hygiene and salon cleanliness standards at all times.
• Coordinate with reception staff to obtain the maximum number of appointments per day.
• Direct and supervise salon assistants to ensure they maintain salon operating standards.
