Oliver Wyman is offering a Job Opportunity as a Knowledge Manager in Dubai or Riyadh.

• You will be involved in setting the strategy and executing best in-class knowledge management.  
• You will take a key role with cross-practice collaboration across the knowledge management team ensuring a seamless flow of information globally.  
• You will proactively manage the synthesis and codification of intellectual capital.
• This role reports directly to the EIMEA Head of Knowledge Management in London, working closely with Senior Knowledge Manager team based in London and Munich.

• You’ll have at least 3 years’ experience in knowledge management, research or business development within the Energy and Natural Resources sectors
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program with a strong GPA
• Know how to take the initiative, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills and put the ones you’ve already got to good use
• Strong and proactive client service mindset
• Aptitude and analytical skills to tackle complex challenges
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with incredibly talented team
