Deloitte is offering a job opportunity as a Legal Counsel in Australia.

• Ability to manage their time in a fast-paced environment whilst managing several matters concurrently
• Strong empathy and an ability to build relationships at all levels of the business, to support problem solving and informed decision making
• A keen interest in taking ownership of matters and developing a portfolio of legal services within the Office of the General Counsel
• Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating services agreements, statements of work, contracts

• You will be an intellectually curious and driven lawyer with minimum 2 years’ in commercial or technology law, gained within a major law firm, a leading organisation or professional services firm.
• A strong foundation of core legal concepts relating to commercial and technology law
• Robust end-to-end contracting skills in commercial law
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a high level of strategic thinking to craft elegant solutions to complex problems
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle a high volume of matters, across all areas of the firm
• Have a flexibility 
• Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills with a high attention to detail
• A positive, energetic and collaborative mindset, who is a self-starter and can operate autonomously within a highly agile and geographically dispersed team.
