Job Opportunity as a Legal Secretary at Barratt Galvin in the UAE

Barratt Galvin is offering a full-time job opportunity as a Legal Secretary to join the team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for an entire year. 

1.  Opening and closing files and document management.
2. Complex diary and inbox management.
3. Attending to time recording, billing, reporting and client follow up.
4. Some paralegal tasks such as proof reading documents, attending client meetings to take notes, preparation of bundles, and tracking court/matter deadlines.
5. Facilitating Board meetings, preparation of relevant documents, correspondence, and information retention.
6. Monitoring a team inbox for general internal enquiries.

1. Previous experience working in a similar role within a global or US law firm.
2. Excellent organisation skills with the confidence to oversee multiple busy practices.
3. High level of confidentiality and experience working across international time zones.
4. A polished an d professional presentation.
